Intellectual property
All content, artwork, characters (including “Fritz” and “Norman”), graphics, and code are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

AS‑IS / AS‑AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, content, and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, availability, or error‑free operation. We do not warrant that the site will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of defects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; or damages related to (i) your use of or inability to use the site; (ii) unauthorized access to or use of servers or personal information; (iii) interruption of transmission; (iv) bugs, viruses, or similar; or (v) errors or omissions in content.
Cap. In no event will the Company’s aggregate liability for all claims exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid to the Company (if any) for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in those places, the limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the site or content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or third‑party right; or any content you submit.
Limitation on claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrued, or be permanently barred.
Arbitration; class‑action waiver; governing law
Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules. The seat and venue will be Casper, Wyoming, USA. The language will be English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class‑action and jury waiver. You and the Company agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial.
Injunctive relief carve‑out. Either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual‑property or confidential‑information rights.
Governing law. Wyoming law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
User conduct
You will not use the site for unlawful purposes; harass others; spam; or post infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
Force majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of networks, providers, or third‑party services.
No third‑party beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns. No third party has rights to enforce them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Severability; non‑waiver; assignment; entire agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The Company may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the site and supersede prior agreements.
